CPM Civil is a specialist civil contractor delivering road and bridge construction projects throughout South East QLD. You’ll be working in a close-knit team of experienced Administration Coordinators reporting to the Corporate Services General Manager. Key responsibilities: Data entry and processing invoices and dockets Matching dockets and on-site paperwork Managing and actioning on-site paperwork – weekly safety checklists, daily prestart checks, weekly environmental checklists and hazards Follow-up on missing onsite forms and checklists Following up on missing or outstanding purchase orders Provide general administration support to the Project Teams Maintaining reports and schedules Update and maintain the library of administration procedures Ensure the follow-up and closing out of tasks are completed Support the wider team with tender submissions and marketing materials Provide general administration support to the Corporate Services GM and Senior Management Team About You Experience required: Have 2 years in an administrative role Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Have high attention to detail and critical thinking skills Soft Skills: Be a proactive self-starter Team player – the admin team all share the load and support each other Be down to earth and enjoy working in a busy environment We’re happy to consider recent graduates with a go-getter attitude and willingness to learn.
