You will be the face of our Customer Hub and ensure our customers experience a seamless repair journey. We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our Majura Park team Meet and greet customers, process their vehicles for the repair journey and assist with customer mobility needs. Answer internal and external customer enquiries (e.g., Email, face to face, phone) Proactively reviewing, monitoring and communicating to customers ensuring an exceptional experience. Building & maintaining relationships with stakeholders (customers, suppliers, colleagues) Uncover your customers insurance needs by offering suitable options, identifying opportunities for new business and renewals.
