Join its mission to shape tomorrow's world. About the Role WorkPac is currently seeking a Mining Administrator t o join our client team. As a Mining Administrator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Mining Leadership Team, with direct reporting to the Mining Manager. Your key duties and responsibilities will include creating purchase requisitions and approving invoices within the SAP System, conducting general data entry, maintaining and reconciling data across multiple systems, generating various reports, and handling other general administration and site duties as required. This role presents an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of our mining activities and play a vital role in supporting our team's success. This role is situated in Clermont and is Monday to Friday, with flexibility available for suitable candidates. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide full administrative support to the Mining Leadership Team, reporting to the Mining Manager. Creating purchase requisitions & Invoice approvals within the SAP System General data entry, maintenance and reconciliation of data in multiple systems Generation of various reports Other general administration and site duties Skills & Experience Required: Australian C Class Drivers Licence Possession of a current Standard 11 (Surface) certification. Possession of a current Coal Board Medical certification.
