Project Administrator 3 Mar 2024 Perth, WA, AU, 6000 Reporting to the Portfolio Manager - Sustaining Capital and supporting the Package Leads, this role is instrumental in the administration of sustaining capital projects at Hanroy. It will have a highly administrative component to it, providing administrative support to the sustaining capital team across multiple project scopes at our mining operations. Main responsibilities of the role include: Monitor high volume shared admin mailbox and allocate emails into categories as they come in. Enter all purchase requisitions into SAP and ensure these are allocated to correct entity, company code, WBS & approver. Process invoices for payment in SAP including, retrieving invoices from SAP, obtaining approvals from requestor & entering service entry into SAP for payment. Undertake progress payment certificates and contract payments. Liaise with Accounts Payable, Purchasing & requestors regarding various PR / PO queries & amendments. Deliver the administrative processes for onboarding new starters. Take meeting minutes in weekly leadership and business case review meetings. Assist Manager of Projects with calendar management. Generally, ensure everything in the department is running smoothly, order stationery, kitchen consumables, organise department catering & monthly morning teas. Liaise with maintenance team re faults, building issues / queries & card readers as required. To be success in this role, you will have: Minimum 2 years previous experience in a corporate administrative support role using SAP - is essential Completed Year 12 WACE or higher. Strong organisational skills with an ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability. Highly resourceful team player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently. Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion, be adaptable to various competing demands, and demonstrate the highest level of customer/client service and response. Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
