Warehouse Coordinator & Driver — Waitara, Hornsby Area

SGS is actively seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator and Driver to deliver timely and efficient support to the warehouse and Environmental business located in Alexandria. This is a full-time role. Key responsibilities in this role will include but are not limited to: Ensuring that all stock and samples are labelled, delivered, picked up and stored as per business requirements and that the warehouse is maintained to a high standard. Forklift/Walkie Stacker Operation. Deliveries and pickups in company vehicle and this will include metropolitan and regional areas. Ensuring all log books are up to date for Forklift/Walkie Stacker and Vehicle, including maintenance and vehicle/forklift/walkie stacker check inspection is maintained and in good order. Managing and storing consumables and Chemicals in the warehouse by placing in delegated areas in warehouse, ensuring items are stocked in the correct locations and inventory checked regularly. Manage Waste (Including hazardous waste) for the site. Restocking of consumables and chemical storage areas. Assisting Sample Receipt section with sample storage and sample disposal, bottle orders and sample sorting, packing orders for pickups and distribution (Eskies, bottles, jars and other consumables). General housekeeping (cleaning and maintaining of warehouse areas and other areas in the Laboratory as directed by team leader or other senior staff). Other reasonable duties/requests as required by senior managers such as team leaders, site manager, business manager, lab/production manager, senior customer service representative and senior chemists. Qualifications Must have a current Australian driver's license and Excellent driving record Warehousing experience is essential Forklift or Walkie stacker experience is essential Additional Information WHY WORK FOR SGS?
