We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Implementation Manager to spearhead the deployment of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within our warehouse operations. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in optimizing our processes and enhancing efficiency in our supply chain on a contract basis, with the potential for a permanent position. Position Overview: As the Warehouse Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our warehouse environment. This role requires a strong background in retail or FMCG, coupled with expertise in project management and system implementation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives. Responsibilities: Lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 within the warehouse operations. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop implementation plans. Configure and customize Dynamics 365 to meet the specific needs of the warehouse environment. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely delivery and within allocated costs. Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to facilitate adoption and usage of the new system. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements as needed. Act as a liaison between the technical team and warehouse staff to address any operational challenges and optimize workflows. Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in warehouse management processes. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience (5 years) in warehouse management, with a focus on retail or FMCG industries. Strong background in project management, with a track record of successful system implementations. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems, with experience in configuration and customization. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Analytical mindset with a problem-solving attitude and attention to detail. Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Located in the Olympic Park area and available to work in the office/warehouse four days a week.
