The OpportunityOur client is a Australian Government agency seeking professional Customer Service focused staff to assist non-English speaking customers in their busy Contact Centre. The Contact Centre plays a vital role in delivering language services to Australia’s culturally and linguistically diverse (CALD) community and supporting the Australian Government’s Access and Equity policy. As a Contact Centre Operator, you will play a key role in connecting people who do not speak English and agencies that need to communicate with their non-English speaking clients. The role is based on a variable roster from Monday to Sunday and rostered hours are scheduled between 8am – 8pm. The role requires a full-time commitment, up to 38hours per week.You will be supported in a team environment with ongoing training and coaching for you to fulfil your role to the full potential. This position offers an attractive hourly rate and is based in Melbourne CBD, close to public transport.
