Lead your team to achieve excellence in the early stages and the post-DA stages of all projects. Liaise with clients and coordinate with consultants to ensure the seamless delivery of a variety of projects. DUTIES. Encourage your team to assist you every step of the way Work with the client on concepts and manage their expectations Create feasibility studies and manage the financials of the project Oversee post-DA stages and ensure the correct delivery of them SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE. Architectural registration is highly valued Proven expertise with ArchiCAD in local projects Energetic, positive, ambitious, and driven personality Residential experience is a must CULTURE.
