About the role The Instructional Designer is responsible collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs), educators, and multimedia developers to design and develop engaging instructional materials for various learning platforms. You will analyse learning needs, create instructional objectives, and design effective and interactive learning experiences that align with clients learning goals. The role involves responsibility for learner-centred content, assessment quality and compliance, development of learning and assessment products, strategies, and solutions. What we're looking for Proven experience as an Instructional Designer in an e-learning setting. Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian vocational education and training system, regulatory frameworks and requirements, and the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF) Strong understanding of the requirements and compliance associated with relevant training packages, qualifications, and industry standards. Excellent knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in vocational education.
