The Position: Reporting to the Branch Manager - the Retail Salespersons responsibility is to provide a superior level of service to customers seeking to purchase ARB accessories. The primary function is to engage with Vehicle owners, Branch management, 4x4 Technicians, Motor Vehicle Dealers and Trade Resellers to address queries, place bookings and ensure job on each vehicle is executed and delivered on time. Key Responsibilities: Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone and via email from consumers, automotive retail trade customers and automotive dealers. Preparing sales orders, quotes and proposals for retail, dealer and stockists’ customers. Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days. Providing support and backup for the Branch Manager. About you: A very strong customer service ethic. The ability to work as a member of a team.
