The Opportunity: The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible for managing the territory to maximise opportunities. This will include optimising profit from developing new customer contracts and maintain long-term relationships with customers. Key Responsibilities: To achieve specified targets for labour sales and new customer contracts. Associated with the targets should be a commitment to achieve monthly targets for: Face to Face calls Quotations prepared and presented PM Service Agreements signed/accepted Oversee all major customer workshop and field repairs for which the Operations Manager has provided a quote to repair and liaise with the customer where additional work is required. Educate foreperson/leading hand on major customer requirements and needs. In conjunction with the Operations and Sales Managers, compile and execute customer visit schedule for all existing customer categories and potential customers. To achieve increased service and parts sales with greater customer satisfaction. Compile quotations for fixed price maintenance contracts as required by Service or Sales Manager. Generate workshop customer repairs for the Service Department. Liaise with the Operations Manager to resolve queries/disputes for repairs quoted by the incumbent. Carry out equipment inspections as required by customers to formulate on estimate or quotation. Initiate action to prevent occurrences of non-conformance Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process or quality system relative to the function responsible for. Recommend and provide solutions through the defined channels as required in policy. Effect short term corrective action as appropriate.
