About the opportunity: This is a superb opportunity for a highly organised and experienced Executive Legal Assistant to join our dynamic team. The role is an exciting one and will see you providing comprehensive administrative support as an executive assistant to the General Counsel and Company Secretary - with a focus on managing diaries, coordinating meetings, handling legal secretarial tasks, and ensuring effective communication. Further and detailed responsibilities are found in the Position Description which is available upon request and will include: Organising and coordinating meetings, appointments and associated logistics. Managing meeting room requirements, accommodation, catering, and travel arrangements. Providing secretarial support for the General Counsel (GC) and Company Secretary (Com Sec). Handling domestic travel arrangements and reconciling monthly expenses. Preparation of presentations, reports, and correspondence as needed. Creating Google Slides (PowerPoint) and in other presentation formats. Taking meeting minutes and managing documentation for team meetings. Handling communications on behalf of the teams. Maintaining digital diaries. Arranging and accepting meetings. Reconciling and processing monthly expenses and legal invoices. Managing expenses and paying invoices on behalf of the GC, Com Sec, and Legal team. About you: Experience working with C Suite in Legal Secretarial/EA roles (essential) Executive support experience within a law firm (preferred) Familiarity with ASIC (preferred) Understanding of legal invoice systems. Strong communication and organisational skills Strong attention to detail High proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Apps, SAP, Monday.com, and other relevant systems.
