In this role, you'll: You will efficiently address customer inquiries and applications related to Tolling, Ticketing, or Concession schemes. You will meticulously update customer details, resolve account anomalies and exceptions, and promptly address escalated customer feedback and complaints. You will diligently process video images of License Plate Numbers (LPN) to ensure accurate tolling transactions and prevent any revenue loss. It is evident that this role has a multifaceted contribution, emphasizing its impact on customer satisfaction and financial integrity. Respond to and process customer inquiries and applications, including updating customer details, resolving account anomalies, addressing exceptions and errors, and managing escalated customer feedback and complaints.
