Your role: Working with HBS sales teams to develop and complete solution and pricing proposals to customer requests for tender and new business pitches, and for driving sales for specific customer and developing business through generated leads and lead development. We have opportunities in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and Perth. Pricing & Estimation: using the NEX/Salesforce (CRM tool) and other relevant systems you will work with the Project operations teams and the service teams. Transitioning to sales development, the GSE will leverage their P&E experience to develop relationships, implement portfolio management strategies and conduct campaign-based outreach for customers and prospects across the HBS verticals portfolio. Research opportunities to understand key stakeholder mapping, customer business and operational issues to develop customer specific unique value proposition. Prepare reports and documentation to conduct ongoing customer reviews (Account/Impact/CAP) Increasing sales by recommending new solution offerings to existing customer Growing the customer base and influencing cross-functional teams to eliminate barriers to sales success. Skills and Experience Engineering Degree: ICT, Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, with a 2nd degree major (Desirable - business disciples preferred) - Completed degree in the 2 years preceding the start date of the Graduate role February 2025 Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a customer drive functional sales environment.
