This role is focused on co-ordinating with the legal team and all franchising and leasing documentation. This opportunity will also be highly focused on compliance of all our brands and corporate entities. Key responsibilities will include: Preparing and co-ordinating franchising documentation Ensuring compliance with Franchising Code Co-ordinating leasing matters and execution of AFLs and Lease Liaising with the business for store transitions Assisting in preparation of general commercial documents, supply agreements, IT Agreements, NDAs Assisting with LawVu (legal team platform, some coding/customisation work) General legal secretarial support to the Legal Team and other parts of the business as required The ideal person for this opportunity will be: Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Other skills required would be: Attention to detail. Independent thinker Organised Persistent Works well in a team. Legal Secretary background/Legal Admin background preferred. Experience with legal software LawVu and DocuSign highly desirable but not required.
