Title: Project Engineer/Senior Project Engineer The Opportunity : Are you a seasoned Project Engineer with a keen eye for safety? Do you have s olid experience in industrial or construction settings, coupled with a strong understanding of Australian standards? If so, we have contract opportunities for site-based Project Engineers or Senior Project Engineers on a 3/1 Roster located onsite in WA. As a Project Engineer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our client's Energy project . Your primary responsibility will be to oversee construction activities, ensuring compliance with the 'Basis for Design' ( BfD ), client specifications, and Austaralian Standards. Additionally, you will work closely with the Owner's Engineers to address any concerns and minimize quality risks. Key r esponsibilities include: ? - S upervise construction activities to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory standards. - Collaborate with the Owner's team and contractors to facilitate smooth project execution. - Provide technical guidance and support to project teams. - Conduct regular site inspections and implement corrective measures as needed. - Review and approve engineering documents, drawings, and specifications. - Keep abreast of industry developments and best practices to enhance project outcomes. Skills & e xperience r equired : - Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field. - Significant experience in project engineering, preferably in an industrial or construction environment. - Background in Process, Electrical, or Mechanical engineering preferred. - Strong understanding of Australian standards and regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
