We have an opportunity for an administrative professional to join our growing legal team and provide assistance to our Corporate lawyers. Key responsibilities will include: Document preparation, including franchise documents (using precedents) and amendments where required. Co-ordinating leasing matters and execution of agreements for lease. Online file management, monitoring and answering emails. Liaising with the business to assist with store transitions. General legal secretarial support to the legal team as required. The ideal person for this opportunity will be: Highly motivated, proactive, enthusiastic, ready to learn, show initiative, and have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Secretarial background required, legal secretarial or legal administration experience preferred. Highly motivated team player. Experience with DocuSign highly desirable but not required.
