Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, your duties & responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Lead the receiving team to exceed targets and KPIs Manage Labour resources in line with productivity Maintain timely and accurate stock records Investigate, interpret and resolve issues relating to integrity issues on a daily basis Supervise the processing of returns/credits/buybacks including all documentation Manage daily replenishment activities Train & develop of staff Complete system reporting as required Manage all aspects as related to stocktake and cycle counting of our customers stock holdings Complete any stock adjustments Assist with weekly toolbox meetings To be successful for the role you will possess the following: A positive, 'can do' attitude and strong work ethic Previous warehouse, inbound & inventory supervisory experience with demonstrated success in driving results Ability to drive change and implement improvements Customer First approach and focus on delivering quality outputs Ability to communicate professionally at all levels Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders Must be flexible to work a span of hours Experience within the automotive industry - desirable not essential Tertiary qualification in logistics - desirable not essential LO and/or LF licences - desirable not essential We are looking for a person who will learn and grow with our business.
