The role As a result of a team member retiring we have an opportunity for an experienced and progressive Science Teacher to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis commencing Term 2, 2024. As a confident educator, with a background preferably in teaching Stage 4/5 Junior Science and Stage 6 Chemistry you will design and deliver the curriculum in creative ways to enhance student outcomes and engagement. You will be an integral member of the team, establishing a strong connection with our students and working collaboratively with other members of our secondary school to implement engaging learning activities and well-sequenced programs. Fostering a love of Science theory and practice, you will provide a facilitation of effective classroom management, applying new strategies and innovative pedagogical practice. Your kind of benefits We offer salaries above the award, ranging from $95,000 - $135,000 per annum (plus superannuation). Your salary will be based on your NESA accreditation level.
