Our client is currently seeking experienced Voice Pickers & Counter Balance / Reach Forklift Operators available for an immediate start working for a high-profile Transport and Logistics client based in Maddington. Maddington location Day Shift - 6am to 2pm Fulltime hours available Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday Picker $35.25 / Forklift $36.95 per hour plus penalty rates & superannuation MUST be able to pass a Drug and Alcohol test MUST be able to obtain a National Police Clearance MUST have own reliable car and valid Driver's Licence MUST have a functional smart phone for apps / rostering communications MUST be physically fit and reliable To be successful in this opportunity: Minimum 1 year experience working in a fast paced warehouse environment Experience using RF scanners essential Experience in Voice Picking highly desirable Experience using pick buggies essential Minimum 2 years counter balance experience loading and unloading Minimum 2 years high reach forklift experience in a fast paced warehouse environment essential Minimum 5 levels high racking experience essential Forklift Operators must be willing to undertake picking and packing on occasion as required Ability to undertake fast paced, repetitive heavy lifting e.g 15kg to 20kg Ability to stack, wrap, label and stage pallets efficiently Ability to demonstrate consistent high level safety awareness and manual handling techniques High level attention to detail Computer-literate and tech-savvy working with new systems / apps Accurate data entry, paperwork and record keeping Good team player and ability to work well with others Be responsible, reliable, punctual, and hardworking Be well presented with strong communication skills Self motivated Have two contactable references Own car and Drivers Licence If you're confident and wanting to work with one of Australia's most well known brands, please submit your application NOW As part of our application process you will be invited to chat with Nate around some screening questions for this role.
