The Opportunity Australian Community Media is looking for a few Customer Service Representatives to join our Customer Service team in Canberra. You will be exposed to and assisting customers who subscribe to one of Australia's leading publications - The Canberra Times. This is a casual position and the successful candidate needs to start immediately. The Customer Service Team services our subscribers 7 days a week and this role will include both Saturday and Sunday work. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Deliver high-class frontline customer service interactions and operations. Deliver Contact Centre services that achieve or exceed SLAs. Support the implementation of operational initiatives within ACM to result in minimal customer impact. The ideal candidate will have the following attributes: Exceptional customer service, active listening, and well developed verbal and written communication skills, together with a professional phone voice.
