Pay Rate: $34hr - $42hr Shift times: 6am to 6pm / 6pm to 6am (12hr shifts on a 4 day on, 4 day off roster) Location: Smithfield, NSW (Other locations available upon request) Bonus Perks: Temp to Perm Opportunities & Overtime About the role: This is a Counterbalance forklift role that will involve machine operation/cleaning. The ideal candidate will need to be able to get off the forklift and do cleaning work as well 70% machine operation, 30% forklift. You MUST be physically fit, be able to lift between 5kg - 25kgs repetitively, and have the ability to work in Hot/Wet/Dusty environments. You may also be required to sort through recycling waste such as: paper, plastics and aluminium. You must be able to commit to a flexible roster and be available 5 days a week including occasional overtime and weekend work when needed. To be successful: HOLD a valid LF forklift ticket Must have a minimum of 6months experience operating a counterbalance Must be available Monday - Friday, 38hrs minimum Must be able to get off the forklift and complete floor work Must be physically fit and be able to lift between 5kg - 25kg repetitively Must be prepared to be on your feet for up to 6 - 8 hours (Long periods of time) Must be able to work in Hot/Wet and Dusty environments Must be able to sort through recycling waste e.g Paper, Plastics Must be able to work in a fast paced environment Must be able to start ASAP Must have reliable transport (Limited public transport to site) Must be willing to undergo and PASS a drug and alcohol test inside our labourpower Prestons office All applicants must also be willing to under-go a medical fitness via Face-time/In our office If you check off on the above criteria, hit APPLY NOW and will contact you immediately.
