About the role We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to manage day to day office administration on a casual basis for a 3 months contract with the opportunity to become permanent role for the right candidate. We are extremely excited to announce that we are on the lookout for an Administrator to join our GroundProbe team in our bright and modern offices at Windsor, Brisbane. Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be part of a tight-knit, helpful and high performing team who are not afraid to take on a multitude of ad-hoc duties which are required for our business to function well. Working Mon-Fri, the Administrator is responsible for providing high quality reception and office admin services to all teams in the GroundProbe corporate office. You will own all aspects of this role from ordering office supplies, housekeeping, managing meeting rooms, sourcing venues/catering, organizing events and supporting the wider team with all admin and office related tasks. What you will be doing Managing the reception desk and acting as the primary contact point for all visitors to the GroundProbe office, managing incoming calls and emails; Assisting with the day to day running of the Brisbane office, keeping the office space clean, tidy, and well organised; Liaising with internal departments and communicating with external parties; Providing administrative support to Administration and HR Manager; Assisting with organisation of internal events for the GroundProbe team, managing and booking meetings, catering and organizing couriers etc; Assisting ad-hoc travel bookings for the GroundProbe team; Other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required by the Admin Manager. What you will bring Minimum of Certificate II in Business/Office Administration; Ability to develop and maintain positive and productive relationship with colleagues, management, and external stakeholders; Competent skills using Office 365 programs (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Teams; High level of competence with MS Office applications; Strong administration skills and experience; Effective time management and organisational skills.
