They require a motivated Asset Manager to join their team. The Opportunity This position is an exciting opportunity to join a great team at a period of growth, our client is looking for someone with Retail centre Management experience looking to take the next step in their career and work in a head office environment. Some of the responsibilities include: Ensure all portfolio/leasing matters are resolved in a timely manner Management of a National Portfolio Management of a large team of Centre Managers Oversee Property management and related issues Forecasting of income Management of budgets Onboarding of new Properties Oversee store closure process to ensure all requirements are satisfied Complete any additional requests from the Head of Development or National Development Manager Prepare and present research evidence on a range of property development matters Monthly interstate travel required across Victoria and Queensland The Ideal Candidate Ideally, you would have extensive retail experience and have worked on either a key asset or across a portfolio of centres. This position requires the ideal person to have strong retail experience along with strong people management skills. Great attention to detail skills is a must.
