Working in the Optus Infrastructure Legal team, the Corporate Counsel will be a legal adviser to the Networks and IT business units. This role is very varied and deals with the latest technologies As part of a collaborative and engaged team, you will chip in to the wider legal team and support the Deputy General Counsel, Infrastructure, for the benefit of the wider Optus business. The role requires the ability to lead high value and sophisticated transactions whilst being an excellent teammate ensuring that the business view of the Legal team as a pivotal contributor to the success of business. Your day in the life of at Optus The preparation, negotiation and review of commercial procurement agreements, Networks and IT agreements, some corporate property agreements, leases and licence agreements and more.
