Your New Company You will be working for a reputable services organisation who are an award winning business who put their employees first. They are in the market for a permanent member of the Payroll team who can specialise in Kronos. Your New Role You will be reporting directly into the Payroll manager and will be completing the below duties: End to End Payroll management - 1000 employees Manage and coordinate all cleaning rosters and comply with relevant policies and procedures. Using Kronos and time and attendance systems you will ensure that rosters are equitable, cost effective and that best roster practices are followed. Manage any additional overtime is managed accordingly. Assist the payroll system including data entry and verification of rosters, ensuring staff are costed correctly, and overtime, callbacks and adjustments are entered correctly. Support other payroll functions as required to ensure a smooth operation. Demonstrated knowledge of roster and/or payroll processes and practices with the ability to interpret employment conditions and awards. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the Cleaning Award and or other relevant industrial awards, legislative requirements, policies and procedures at a national level. Develop and implement relief staff processes nationally. What you need to succeed You will need to have previous Payroll experience, specifically with Kronos. Be able to work on your own and work with the wider business when required. Have EBA and award knowledge with also Workforce planning.
