Wood is currently recruiting for a Construction Coordinator (Mechanical) to join the Perth or Darwin based Construction and Commissioning Engineering Team working on different projects at Pre-FEED, FEED and Execute phase. This is a permanent opportunity to start immediately. Reporting to the Construction & Commissioning Engineer Lead, you will draw upon your technical knowledge and technical writing skills for FEED. Your responsibilities will be: Delivery of FEED deliverables associated with Construction activities Input into design and engineering to ensure Construction activities are optimized and the works scopes can be completed safely and efficiently Input into overall project estimate and schedule focusing on long lead items, early works, shutdown works Input into the preparation of the ITT Packages Identify and liaise with stakeholders and key interfaces Develop end of stage reports Manage and execute works on site to support FEED deliverables (e.g. survey / inspections) You will be an Australian citizen or hold Permanent Residency (PR) and able to work lawfully in Australia. Ideally you will be suitably qualified engineer` from a recognized institution or tertiary qualification will also be considered along with 8 years of proven experience in the Oil & Gas sector in Australia working within multidiscipline fields.
