Support and assist with claims management as a key resource in the claims team Engaging with new claimants, understanding their needs and onboarding Maintain excellent processing and support standards with a high-attention to detail Develop and maintain strong relationships with claimants and clients Ability to work effectively within a team to accomplish organisational goals Cultivate and maintain client relationships, prioritising customer service excellence What do you need?
