We are looking for like-minded service and customer experience focused individuals who are hungry for learning, and thrive in a goal oriented environment. You might have previous experience in retail, customer service or sales. Or you may be studying interior design or have a genuine interest in home decoration or styling and looking to expand your knowledge in an environment where you will put decorating skills in use daily. If this sounds like you and you have a positive, can-do attitude with good communication and influencing skills, we would like to hear from you. ABOUT YOUR NEW ROLE At its core, this retail assistant role will see you helping our customer determine their home improvement requirements and supporting them in making a decision that best suits their needs. In most cases, you will be the product expert that will guide them in everything they need to get their new floors, shutters or blinds installed. As such and in addition to in-store customer service, sales, and store merchandising, you will attend outcalls and undertake in-home consultations for measure, quote and sales (therefore a Driver’s License is essential ).
