Our client is currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will assume a pivotal role in ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service to our client's students, encompassing both current and prospective individuals. This opportunity offers a chance to be part of a leading Pilates training provider. The role is primarily situated in our client's Prahran Studio (near Greville St), involving full-time work from Monday to Friday, with potential for remote work as business needs dictate. Key Responsibilities: Providing exceptional customer service to students by addressing inquiries and fulfilling their needs. Managing incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries as the initial point of contact. Overseeing studio and office operations, which includes managing supplies and maintenance. Taking charge of the studio space, ensuring cleanliness, supply stocking, and equipment maintenance. Coordinating exams for students, collaborating closely with Educators and venue providers. Managing internal document processes. Providing support to the Business Owner, General Manager, and the broader team as needed. Skills and Attributes: Essential experience in customer service. A friendly, approachable demeanour, coupled with a genuine passion for Pilates and a knack for problem-solving. Proficiency in office procedures, exceptional attention to detail, and a customer-centric outlook. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoom, and Google Drive is essential.
