The successful applicant should have effective interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills and the ability to work closely with students, parents, and the community to achieve the best educational outcomes for students. They will ideally be expert teachers of Mathematics, as well as being flexible and adaptive teachers who can apply strategies of differentiated instruction and explicit teaching.
