Positions available Bar Manager What we are looking for WSET Level 1 or above. 2 years experience as a Bar Manager. Ability to lead and drive a team. Passionate about training and development, not only for yourself and your own learning but for your team too. A passion for and knowledge of premium spirits and cocktail offerings. Knowledge of the Australian and international market. Strong communication and customer service skills. Experience in this role working in a fine dining establishment. Detailed knowledge of food, beverages, spirits and wine. Have full Australian working rights. Available to work nights and weekends (we are open Wednesday - Sunday).
