Job Title Electrician Summary Our maintenance team are seeking an Electrician with experience in building services maintenance Job Description A great opportunity exists to join the Cushman & Wakefield Facilities team as we expand our operations. Our maintenance team are seeking an Electrician with experience in building services maintenance to assist our Contract and Operation Managers, in providing excellent customer service on behalf of our client. The successful applicant will be supplied with a fully maintained service vehicle, Monthly RDO's (12 a year), attractive rates, phone, uniform and the security of working for a growing global company with a long trade services history. About the role We currently have a full time position for an experienced Electrician in the Sydney area. As a member of the Facilities Service team, you will be reporting into the State Service Manager, where your key responsibilities will include but not limited to: Undertake urgent, routine & ad-hoc maintenance, repairs, inspections on various sites. Working autonomously and run your own works. Working in a team environment for small project works. Review and comment on any Electrical instructions and standard operating procedures supplied by C&W FM Promote working in a team environment with work colleagues Skills and Experience To be considered for this position you will bring previous experience in a similar environment. Minimum requirements include: Experienced Electrical maintenance background in a Commercial, Domestic or Corporate environment. Relevant current Trade Qualification - A Grade Electrical Licence Current Driver's license Open registration cabling license (Preferred) Working at heights (Preferred) EWP Ticket Current White Card WPCG Qualified Thermographic Scanning experience /Trained (Preferred) Low Voltage Rescue Trained Test and Tag qualification - (Preferred) Attention to detail - and the ability to complete works and relevant paperwork within set time frames.
