As a leading provider of workshop solutions in the mining and heavy vehicle industries, this newly created role will become part of their customer focused internal team and you will be provided with in-depth systems training. As a Customer Service Administrator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and sales orders. Reporting to the Supply Chain & Logistics Director your duties will include: Being the first point of contact for incoming phone calls and customer enquiries. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the designated customer enquiry system. Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure timely delivery of services. Process sales orders accurately and efficiently, liaising with internal resources and suppliers as necessary. Manage after-sales service, including sending feedback communication to customers and handling merchandise orders. Maintain office systems and procedures to ensure smooth operations, including managing call ticketing systems and non-compliance registers. Key Requirements: Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role. Good computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Strong organisational, communication, and attention to detail skills. Willingness to learn a technical product range.
