This position will be based in our Ingleburn office. You will have the ability to work closely with the Project Engineer and stakeholders to ensure the completion of projects. You will also be accountable for: Accessing and reading ARCgis field maps to assist ground staff with location of works Detailed data tracking in Microsoft Excel Preparing packages of works for the field staff to complete Preparing lookaheads and schedules Contributing to achieving contract management objectives Applying required administrative processes and effectively monitoring contract performance Update and maintain vendor database in a timely manner Initiate and establish new procedures in invoicing tasks to optimize the process. In addition to the above skills and ability to bring people along the Engineering journey, you will also possess: Bachelor’s degree in civil/mechanical engineering desirable work experience within industrial or blue-collar environments desirable Exceptional time management and coordination skills High attention to detail Experience working in a fast paced, high volume, and dynamic environment.
