About the ROLE Part of the Unita Group, COLLECTIVUS are growing and seeking an Interior Designer . This role is based in our Perth office, in the heart of Fremantle, close to public transport What YOU will be doing • Work closely with all members of the COLLECTIVUS team to create and deliver creative, functional and smart design concepts for our clients. • Retain relationships with design clients to establish design briefs and commercial agreements. • Work alongside senior members to undertake concept designs of projects within the hospitality, retail and health markets – along with any other market segments as required. • Manage and complete internal drafting to deliver projects on time and to current standards. • Work with UNITA companies during the build and tender phase to ensure projects are as planned, meeting budgets and exceeding client expectations. • Maintain ongoing client and company relationships, whilst canvasing potential clients for design work. • Host/attend internal design reviews throughout key stages of projects, and review after completion. What YOU will bring to the role • Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Interior Designer – experience within either of the hospitality, retail and health markets is a must. • Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Interior Design. • Ability to understand a brief and drive designs from concept to completion. • An understanding of the current NCC and Australian standards. • Experience in Revit, Adobe Suites, Microsoft Office Suites – ensuring to produce high quality 3D renders. • Experience in materials, finishes and scheduling. • Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
