Experienced Graphic Designer to lead the visual design and communications for leading iconic Australian company Diverse projects, dynamic team environment Location Sydney (Padstow and North Sydney offices); flexibility to WFH part time The Role Reporting to the Head of Group Marketing, as the Graphic Designer, you will provide all areas of the O'Brien Glass Industries business groups with graphic and visual design support, ensuring consistency of message and brand across all channels. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Leading visual merchandising for the national service centre design program Input on all design elements for product launches Creating visual designs for campaigns across all mediums Developing marketing and sales collateral Creation of signage for print and online Uniforms and other HR/personnel design support Supporting internal and external communications Manage key design projects with internal and external stakeholders Manage supplier relationships The Perks O’Brien® is committed to giving you fantastic benefits, a platform for development and working with you to grow your career. In conjunction we are needing some with: Experience within Graphic Design in-house or in an agency environment Proven experience working with brands and ensuring consistency of design across multiple channels Working knowledge of visual elements, including layout, type, font, and composition Knowledge of print production, techniques and finishings Graphic design qualification Proficient with the Adobe Suite: primarily Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign Experience in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Media Encoder and Adobe Premier Pro desirable Proficient MacBook user Ability to work independently and collaboratively Highly developed interpersonal skills Ability to interpret briefs and bring your creative ideas to life Have a keen eye for detail and due diligence in design execution Experience working within established brand guidelines Build a Career with O'Brien® Apply now As part of Belron®, the world's leading glass specialists operating in 35 countries, O'Brien® put our customer at the heart of everything that we do.
