The Role Customer Service Representatives play a key role in supporting the effective day to day running of our branches, being the first point of contact for all enquiries whether via phone, email or in person. Responsible for communication between warehousing, stock controllers and external transport companies, the Customer Service Representatives first priority is to ensure they provide a seamless experience for our customers. We are now seeking to employ a highly motivated and experienced Customer Service Representative within our branch in Parkinson. This position will be reporting to the State Manager and will be responsible for various duties to support the Hire team. Utilising our systems to track stock, create hire agreements with customers and processing payments, as well as upselling and cross selling when an opportunity arises, the Customer Service Representative is a role that brings together all facets of the business for our customers benefit. You You are proactive and diligent, and may not have experience in the Hire industry but have a desire to learn and grow (training provided), with strong customer service skills that come to the forefront in all that you do. You enjoy working within a tight knit team that is values driven. You can build relationships, while solving problems, and navigating multiple priorities, and you love to support people.
