The client is committed to excellence, innovation, and community-focused outcomes, specializing in delivering high-quality projects and in a diverse portfolio spanning Government projects, Education, Healthcare, Infrastructure, and public spaces. About the Role: The team is looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager to join them. The successful candidate will be responsible for and comfortable overseeing 2-3 projects at a time, at values of $5-15 million with the potential for some higher valued projects also. For this, we believe a minimum of 3-5 years experience is required. The Project Manager will be responsible for all aspects of Construction, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project objectives are met. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or delays proactively. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, contractual and quality standards. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. Prepare and present regular progress reports and updates to stakeholders, including clients and senior management. What you will bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources as needed. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and permitting processes. What’s in it for you?
