We’re moving forward and we want you to come along for the ride.About the opportunity As our Forklift Driver, you’ll be based at our brand new Mail & Parcel Processing Centre on the sunny Gold Coast, working with colleagues across our processing and deliveries teams to keep the cogs of our business turning. Safely operating a forklift and also sorting product on the floor, you’ll support with loading parcels/pallets for our delivery and transport drivers to head out on the road and deliver for Australia like never before. If you enjoy variety, then this combination operations role is one for you. About youLooking for a full time, ongoing role on an afternoon shift, with shifts 1:30pm - 9:30pm, Monday to Friday. Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident Hold a valid LF Forklift License Be fit enough to lift/load and unload mail/parcel items of all different shapes and sizes frequently around our facilities and into trucks Be safety-focused, willing to undergo a vehicle assessment and pre-employment checks (medical, drug/alcohol screening and national police checks) You’re a self-starter that enjoys working in a busy operations environment You enjoy connecting with others in the community to support us to deliver on time, and like never before You will need to meet our safe working load limit of weighing 120kgs or less How we’ll deliver for you Upon completing probation, the salary for this role is up to $55,818 plus 15% shift penalty and any additional penalties depending on your shift time, plus 12% Superannuation per annumWork in a modern facility and benefit from competitive rates, diverse rosters and operate in a safe and inclusive working environment.
