The Role As Assistant Manager, you’ll be an motivational people leader, who loves creating a stellar service to locals and patrons. Hospo is a passion, from slinging funky cocktails at the bar and coordinating a busy service to providing a stellar guest experience with our guests. You are passionate about good food and love creating the perfect atmosphere, guaranteeing patrons experience the best, every time. Your role will involve all of the venue essentials including the day to day running of the shift, opening and closing the venue, back of house administration and banking, training and developing the team, hiring staff and being present on the floor with our staff and patrons. Motivating, inspiring and training your team will be at the forefront and ensuring the guest experience is paramount. Experience working as an Assistant Manager in some of Sydney’s most reputable fast paced restaurants or venues will be essential in hitting the ground running. This is a fantastic role for Managers who lead from the front and love being on the floor and assisting the team.
