The Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations of the team. Key Responsibilities: Manage incoming and outgoing emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication. Registration management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and databases. Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls. Draft and edit documents, memos, and reports as needed. Assist with administrative tasks for various departments or teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. General admin duties. Qualifications: Previous experience within the motor industry, finance, salary packaging, novated leasing, registrations or dealerships (desirable) Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
