Communication and organisation is key as you will be maintaining you will serve as the central point of contact for client inquiries Responsibilities: Assist customers with product information queries Provide pricing and catalogue information Take customer orders via telephone and email Take ownership of customer enquiries and follow up Manage and resolve escalated or complicated customer enquiries Accurately enter customer information into internal databases Act as a representative for the business, ensuring empathy and confidentiality when speaking with customers Rotating roster A bit about you Strong focus on customer experience Exceptional customer service skills both written and over the phone Enthusiasm and passion for providing top class customer service Display eagerness and willingness to learn If successful, background checks will be conducted Promote local employment to your region, community or member organisation with a uWorkin Talent Community.
