Reporting to the Customer Service Manager the key responsibilities include: Accurate data entry for order management Responding to incoming customer queries and requests Taking ownership and resolving any delivery or distribution issues We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who possesses the following: Positive 'can do' attitude. Experience using Salesforce is essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Attention to detail when order processing with numeric & alphanumeric Ability to build great relationships with customers.
