We wish to complement our existing Utilities business with an experienced Construction Manager for upcoming major project opportunities in Sydney. These projects involve both the delivery of new water/wastewater infrastructure as well as upgrading existing water utility assets within brownfield operational sites. You will play a key role in managing the complete lifecycle of the project through tendering, design, procurement, construction and commissioning - all the while enhancing Fulton Hogan's strong relationship with our blue chip client. In this role you'll be responsible for: Ensure good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders are maintained Approach to SAFETY as being the number one non-negotiable in the delivery of projects Strong and effective leadership skills Effectively and professionally manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders Interacting with the pre-contracts team in assisting with tendering, methodology, scheduling and cost estimating Internal and external project reporting Ability to manage construction phases of large, complex, turnkey infrastructure D&C projects Manage internal self-perform and subcontractor resources Coordinating project delivery activities to achieve project time, budget and quality objectives How you'll connect to the role: Tertiary qualification in engineering, construction management or other relevant field Demonstrated experience in the successful management of complex Design & Construct infrastructure projects above $25M contract value Sound knowledge of project financial management, forecasting, procurement, contract management, and design management functions Experience and proven capability to work collaboratively with clients under any type of contract commercial model Strong stakeholder liaison skills - client relationship development and management is key Brownfield infrastructure construction experience (water/wastewater preferred) Alignment with our REAL values of Respect, Energy & Effort, Attitude & Leadership Adopting and driving Fulton Hogan's Living Safely culture Our people share the same set of values that keep us REAL.
