About the Role Our client has an opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join their close-knit and friendly team. Your responsibility will be to provide exceptional Customer Service to your designated list of customers calling for quotes and all of the associated administration that come with that. Your new role will include: Managing all of your client's needs including customer service, order entry, arranging freight, providing quotes Responding to customer requests for quotations via phone and email Answering and managing inbound calls and emails in relation to your client's queries Accurate and timely data entry of orders and quotes using SAP Preparing quotes on behalf of sales reps Call follow-up and update on back order progress confirming pricing and availability of products Coordination of order shipments Communication with relevant stakeholders for freight arrivals or delayed shipments Providing exceptional after-sales customer service to your clients About You We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Customer Service Administrator who loves providing outstanding customer service and is friendly, personable and takes pride in going that extra step to provide quality customer service. This role will suit a can-do person who has experience in a similar role and who has a good eye for numbers and attention to detail.
