About You Our client is seeking to appoint a Construction Partner (front-end, back-end or a mix) with a client following, or the ability to generate a client following. You may be an existing partner with a portable practice looking for a better deal and environment, or you might be a special counsel or senior associate looking to take that next step. A million dollar practice is not necessary. Any client following or relationship network from approximately $400,000 per annum will be considered.
