We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Process Engineer. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development of production systems, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Under the direction of the CI Manager, the Process Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting departmental operations, promoting Continuous Improvement and LEAN principles, and leading initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and quality. The primary focus will be on reducing variation in operating methods, ensuring consistency in product quality, equipment reliability, and process repeatability. Key Responsibilities: Provide process engineering support and technical expertise to designated departments under the guidance of Department Managers. Develop CI and LEAN knowledge among senior leaders and shop floor employees through subject matter expertise. Serve as the Pillar Lead for Focused Improvement within the Total Productive Maintenance framework, focusing on loss analysis and focused improvement. Conduct data analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement, evaluating and recommending process capital improvements and automation solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of cost improvement, energy-saving, waste reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Drive standardization of processes and implement metrics and best practices to ensure optimal performance. Support the implementation of new equipment, processes, and industrialization of new products/materials, providing technical expertise and team support. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial), Food Science, or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of relevant production/engineering experience. Knowledge and experience with plant operations, packaging, and processing equipment. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing systems, facilitative coaching and mentoring, and process engineering. Previous experience implementing TPM would be preferred. Excellent cross-functional communication skills. Proficiency in statistical methods and data analysis.
