Dedicated to providing a one-stop-shop service to customers nationwide, Autobacs has an array of products ranging from mobile audio, acoustic & marine solutions, to mobile communication, telecommunication and mobile safety. We are looking for a Warehouse Support to join the team and focus on the areas below. The position is a Permanent Full-Time position working from 8:30am - 5pm) from our warehouse office location in Morningside, Queensland. The successful candidate will be tech savvy where you will take command of our logistics system and also have the capability to take calls and connect with our customers directly. Main Responsibility Warehouse Support team member is the key driver of our warehouse operations/activities. The main responsibilities include storing material, picking, packing and despatching orders. Optimal delivery of these activities will help achieve the business KPIs of increasing efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction. Key Deliverables • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) • Receive and process warehouse stock (pick, unload, label, store) • Perform inventory controls, stock take and keep quality standards high for audits • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimise space utilisation • Complete diary logs into inventory • Report any discrepancies • Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers • Operate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipment • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations Requirements • The successful candidate will have highly developed interpersonal skills in order to deal with matters in a courteous manner with clients and other external parties • Be positive team-player to support adjacent team members to succeed adding to the total State’s success • Proven working experience as a Warehouse Worker • Some proficiency (and willingness to learn) in inventory software, databases and systems • Familiarity with modern warehousing practices and methods • Good organisational and time management skills • Ability to lift moderately heavy objects • High school qualification Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a phone screen ahead of an interview.
