About the role An opportunity has been created for a Legal Counsel to join our client’s lean in-house legal team. Reporting to the Head of Legal and working closely with senior management, you will be the organisation’s subject matter expert in property and environmental law. This role offers a diverse range of matters work, including: Leasing. Commercial development (including infrastructure development). Advice in relation to environmental and operational compliance issues. Government relations and stakeholder engagement. About you You will be an experienced property lawyer with broad expertise across leasing and development matters. Any experience in planning and environmental law would be an advantage but is not essential. As a subject matter expert within the legal team, you will be confident and capable of working closely with senior stakeholders. This role would ideally suit a mid-to-intermediate level lawyer with 6-10 years’ PQE.
